Welcome! My name is Russell L. Cameron, Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach.
My journey with fitness started at the age of 14, and ever since, it’s been a core part of who I am. What began as a personal passion has grown into a career centered on helping others become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective Exercise, which means I focus not only on helping you reach your goals – whether that’s strength, fat loss, mobility, or overall wellness – but also on making sure you move well, feel great, and stay injury-free. I’m currently pursuing further education to continue expanding my knowledge and giving my clients the best support possible.
